Construction Documents Services

After the Evaluation and Pre-Design services have been completed, the preliminary remedial system design and probable cost summary have been reviewed and accepted by the client, Construction Documents must be prepared as the basis for bidding and contracting the required work. The Construction Documents include contract forms, product specifications, quality assurance procedures, drawings and related details to define the extent and quality of required work.

This phase of service includes design of roofing, waterproofing, flooring, and building and related facility restoration systems. The process requires coordination with material manufacturers, development of construction documents as the basis of a construction contract, distribution of bid documents to potential bidding contractors, conducting a pre-bid conference, assistance to the client during the bidding process, review of bids after they have been received by the client, and a Harper-Brawner recommendation for contract award.
